This is the website of Corday & Co, a legal practice. It is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA number 558935).
The site is owned by Andrew Workman, a solicitor registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority and a sole practitioner in England and Wales. The practice's head office is at Magdalen Centre, 1 Robert Robinson Avenue, The Oxford Science Park, Oxford OX4 4GA.
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Site and by accessing the Site you agree to be bound by them.
If any provision in these terms and conditions shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, then such provision or part of it shall, to the extent that it is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, be deemed not to form part of these terms and conditions and the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.

Please note that if you are an existing client of Corday & Co, or if you become a new client of Corday & Co, our services are subject to separate terms and conditions: these will be provided to you usually in the form of an Engagement Letter.
