Full biography

Originally called to the Bar, in 1998, Andrew studied law at The University of Birmingham and then at the Inns of Court School of Law, London where he represented employees in the employment tribunal on a pro bono basis with the Free Representation Unit as a Barrister (non-practising).

He spent most of his time since then as a employment specialist in senior positions with leading regional and City firms, including several years as head of employment law, and a time in the City of London with what is now DAC Beachcroft, before setting up the firm in 2011.

While Andrew has considerable expertise advising a variety of employers including SMEs, local authorities, hospital and a PLC, he has particular expertise in advising senior executives in their exit arrangements, a special feature of his career which has included advising senior bankers, professionals, academics and executives in industry across the board.
